Citizens Bank, Mayor Dave Bing's Detroit Works Project and the City of Detroit have coordinated to offer loans for homeowners and potential homeowners throughout Wayne County.

The loan program will offer below-market-rate loans for purchasing, refinancing or improving homes. The loan program will include assistance with closing costs and down payments.
